EONLINE LEARNING SATISFACTION IN HIGHER EDUCATION STUDENTS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: A CASE STUDY

Abstract:Online education during the Covid-19 period was an inevitable solution in all educational institutions in Nepal. In this paper, the effectiveness of the use of online classes, the relationship between the satisfaction of students and information technology (IT) infrastructure, and the impact of online classes on mental health have been investigated, in the context of Nepal. An online survey among 443 higher education Nepali students was done for the investigation. The survey has been performed with the help of 16 main questions relating to the variables. Correlation analysis has been performed on the data obtained to find out the results.
